| 強制每人入保 奧巴馬健保啟航

【大紀元2013年10月02日訊】（大紀元記者馬莎莎紐約報導）未受美國政府關門的影響，由奧巴馬總統簽名的健保計劃10 月1日在美國九個州正式推出，開啟了奧巴馬健保時代。不過，個體經營且收入適當的人士在2014年中旬遞交報稅表前，可能不了解「可負擔健保法案」（奧巴馬健保）的真實花費。
新健保將於明年1月1日起生效，法律強制要求每人都入保。從10月1日起，人們即可購買國家健保並申請稅收抵免。年收入低於$45,960的人符合聯邦稅收抵免，可一定程度減少月保費，或算入2014年的報稅。若稅收抵免用於減少保費，年收入$45,000左右人士，支付$360的月費就可得到白銀級健康計劃。據marketplace網站的計算，年收入$30,000 左右人士，每月付$210就可得到相同計畫。
