【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院下午舉行服貿協議第4場公聽會，交通大學資訊工程系教授林盈達說，服貿協議開放第二類電訊產業，過去政府曾禁止使用華為、中興兩大中國系統產品，現在卻反而開放可以開店面，「賣藥不成，反開醫院」，這讓人無法理解，不知道為什麼會有這一條款，根本是木馬屠城條款，未來政務官的手機可能都被監聽。
