| 黃世銘涉洩密 馬自爆留下監聽譯文

【綜合報導】馬英九總統昨接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，自爆8月31日晚上檢察總長黃世銘進官邸報告立法院長王金平關說案後，他急召行政院長江宜樺和當時的總統府副祕書長羅智強到寓所，馬還留下黃世銘帶來的監聽譯文，拿給江、羅兩人看。
馬總統在專訪時說，他只與黃世銘見過兩次面，黃來官邸時，「就我們兩個，沒有幕僚，也沒有會議紀錄。」當時黃告知案子已調查完，剛開始以為可能有人涉及貪瀆，向法院聲請監聽票卻發現沒有刑事不法，但有司法關說，屬於行政不法，所以不是偵查中的刑事案件，不涉及偵查不公開。但法界人士質疑，當時該案尚未簽結，且黃拿監聽譯文給馬就是留下洩密犯罪證據，若馬要求看譯文，則有教唆黃洩密問題。

| 政府開不開 歐巴馬與兩黨領袖開會

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬目前正在白宮內，與共和黨和民主黨領袖開會，以解決政府與議會之間的問題，也決定美國聯邦政府何時會重新開啟。
此外，歐巴馬稍早也警告華爾街，他擔心政府停運可能會引發美國債務違約的政治危機。歐巴馬也指出，華爾街應該擔心有議員似乎希望美國違約，以達到政治目的，歐巴馬可能暗指超級保守的茶黨。
