NCC（國家通訊傳播委員會）日前公布通訊消費申訴監理報告，針對申訴數量最多的「通訊連線品質」問題，NCC將要求電信業者落實7天試用上網服務，讓民眾實際體驗生活環境的收訊品質，以免民眾申辦服務後因收訊品質不如預期，解約又產生違約金爭議問題。
