| 「呈給總統」馬證詞恐不利黃

北檢偵辦檢察總長黃世銘洩密案，首度以證人身分傳訊總統馬英九，檢察官問馬總統，如果作證導致日後被追訴犯罪可以拒絕作證，但馬總統仍願意作證表明自己的清白，馬總統說，黃世銘曾拿監聽譯文給他，報告還簽上呈給總統，只是特偵組九月五號才簽結關說案，黃世銘有洩密之嫌。而且總統一再強調，總長告訴他，關說案並沒有涉及刑事不法，僅有行政不法，證詞對黃世銘相當不利。
以被告身分被約談，檢察總長黃世銘萬萬沒想到總統證詞對他有極大殺傷力，3號晚間八點多馬總統以證人身分應訊，檢察官開門見山，如果總統擔心作證，未來有受刑事追訴犯罪可能可以不作證，馬總統當庭表明要作證以示清白，馬總統說8/31號晚間九點半，黃世銘呈報書面資料說明關說案，他立即找行政院院長江宜樺和前總統府副書長羅智強研商。
