| 擅自載客潛水害命 船長業務過失致死起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名55歲張姓船長，今年6月18日下午2時許，向4名潛水客收取1人2000元費用，開船載他們去外木山外海，去深30公尺的海域潛水。當天下午3時許，大家遍尋不到陳姓男子，1小時後張男才通報海巡署前往救人，4天後打撈到陳男屍體。
