馬王政爭，國民黨釋出善意，決定不再提抗告，國民黨新聞稿全文如下：
國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋今日轉述馬英九主席的話表示，針對假處分案，馬主席願意在不違背公平正義原則的情況下，儘速釐清是非，並兼顧政局安定。因此，雖然向最高法院提出「定暫時狀態」假處分再抗告的期限是10月11日，但馬主席在與各界人士研商後，今天決定不提出再抗告。
