| 菲特逼近 氣象局發布陸上颱風警報

【許敏溶／台北報導】中度颱風菲特逐步進逼，中央氣象局在下午2時30分正式發布陸上警報，警戒區域包括台北市、新北市、基隆、宜蘭等地區，氣象局表示，隨著菲特靠近台灣，警戒區域有可能再擴大，氣象局將在下午4時公布風雨預測表，作為各縣市是否停止上班上課的參考。
根據氣象局最新統計資料，從昨日零時到今下午2時為止，包括台北市北投與陽明山、新北市淡水與烏來等地，累積雨量都超過100毫米，累積雨量最多的台北關渡已超過150毫米。
