| 菲特帶來大雨 各地防土石流

【許敏溶／台北報導】中央氣象局下午2時30分發布中度颱風菲特陸上警報，並發布豪雨特報，氣象局指出，今日下午到明日下午，基隆北海岸、北部及東北部山區有大豪雨(24小時累積雨量達200毫米以上)或超大豪雨(24小時累積雨量達350毫米以上)，中部山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，中部以北、東北部、東部地區及南部山區有局部性大雨或豪雨，請民眾注意防範坍方、落石、土石流及山洪暴發，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
根據氣象局最新資料，今下午2時，菲特颱風中心來到台北東方550公里海面上，以時速18公里速度向西北西移動，移動路徑有稍微往南偏移20至40公里，預報員羅雅尹說，這是颱風移動過程中的正常擺盪，依照目前路徑看來，今晚到明日是颱風影響最明顯時刻，菲特明天暴風圈可能掃過北台灣部分陸地，氣象局稍晚也會將桃竹苗等縣市納入陸上警戒區，若菲特移動路徑再稍往南偏，警戒區域也會擴大，預計後天起菲特逐漸遠離台灣。
