【林奐成╱綜合外電報導】中國正值「十一假期」，各地知名景點人山人海。在吉林省長白山，前天一度因北景區主峰結冰關閉，大批遊客遂湧往西區遊覽區，停車場爆滿，遊客只能沿路停車，步行近10公里前往景區，景區內所有景點都需要長時間排隊。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】中度颱風菲特即將來襲，中央氣象局在下午2時30分發布陸上警報，警戒區域包括台北市、新北市、基隆、宜蘭等地區。基隆市災害應變中心下午4時一級開設，市長張通榮強調，北寧路上山坡地已做好防土石工程，並請工務處派人加強巡邏。
