【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國賓州監獄傳出，獄警將犯人當作娛樂消遣，要求他們在櫥櫃中對打，或是一小時內喝掉一加侖牛奶，還是朝臉噴灑胡椒噴霧等「遊戲」，贏家可獲得食物打賞或是享有某些特權。

| 美眾院通過 無薪假員工可回溯領薪

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】縱使美國2大黨依舊喬不攏，政府開門不見跡象，不過眾議院5日議程上，難得以407票對0票全數通過，一旦政府關門結束，這期間放無薪假的員工，薪水將可追溯領回。
這項草案接下來還將送往參議院投票表決，一旦通過，白宮表示總統歐巴馬將會簽署立案。
