【李姿慧／台北報導】復興航空宣布，受到菲特颱風影響，明天兩岸航班將延誤起飛，包括松山－福州航線的GE3142、GE3141航班，將分別延至下午14時和16時半起飛，明天高雄－福州航線的GE3664、GE3663分別延至中午12時和下午3時起飛；高雄－徐州航線的GE3688、GE3687延至下午5時和晚間8時半起飛，其於航線正常起降，不受影響，搭機民眾可撥打復興航空客服專線4498123（手機加撥02）查詢。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】今天上午9時許，位於新北市泰山區明志路上1家連鎖便當店員工，突聽見店後「碰」聲巨響，隨即趕往察看，赫然發現1名年約20多歲的男子，倒臥在其後門外，嘴巴還不斷流鮮血，嚇的趕緊打電話報警。警消到場，男子意識模糊，送醫後未脫離險境。
