【石永軒／新北報導】中颱菲特侵襲，今天上午11時許雖風雨暫歇，淡水渡船頭旁的馬偕銅像幾乎遭大潮滅頂。位於紅毛城旁的松濤橋，河裡的大量石塊也被潮水打上人行道。民眾得知路面上的石塊是被大浪沖上岸，驚呼：「怎麼可能，太誇張了！」

| 台中傳出女子墜樓 警方趕赴調查

【張先華／台中報導】下午一點許台中市西屯區發生一起墜樓事件，一名女子疑似從大樓16樓墜樓，在救護人員到場時已明顯死亡，初步還不確定是自殺或是意外，目前警方正在現場調查詳細的事發原因。
