| 未善用彩券盈餘 北市遭批未顧弱勢

【許麗珍／台北報導】台北市議員簡余晏、陳建銘、李慶鋒今天在市議會民政部門質詢指出，台北市公益彩券盈餘年年都分配到10餘億元，但竟年年放著生利息而未去協助弱勢，有違公益彩券基金的設立本意。彩券盈餘利息與本金累積，現在戶頭已有33.3億多元，議員批評北市中低收入戶每年僅1/3能申請過關，北市府卻放著彩券盈餘不用，讓人民在風中哭泣。

| 醫學獎三得主 均曾獲拉斯克基醫研究獎

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】本屆諾貝爾醫學與生理學獎三位得主，都曾經獲得有「美國諾貝爾獎」之稱的「拉斯克基礎醫學研究獎」(Albert Lasker Award for Basic Medical Research)；其中耶魯大學的羅斯曼(James Rothman)與加州大學柏克萊分校的謝克曼(Randy Schekman)二人是在2002年共同獲獎，而德國科學家蘇德霍夫(Thomas Sudhof)剛在今年獲獎。
