| 客委會副主委由劉慶中接任

行政院今日表示，客委會副主委李朝明日前請辭獲准，原副主委一職由現任屏東教育大學教授劉慶中接任。
劉慶中是美國伊利諾州立大學教育行政學哲學博士，曾任國立屏東師範學院國民教育研究所所長、副校長、代理校長，國立屏東教育大學校長，以及現任屏東教育大學教授，推動在地文化深耕與族群關懷，不遺餘力。

| 民進黨：蕭習會讓台灣鎖進「一中框架」

民進黨中國事務部主任洪財隆今天批評，今年APEC領袖會議係以「公平的永續成長」、「APEC強化多邊貿易體系之角色」為主題，是少數台灣可以參與的國際區域組織，但馬政府卻反其道而行，將APEC變成兩岸政治對話的場域，不斷地將台灣的國際關係「兩岸化」，讓中共當局在此國際場合藉由「一中框架」的政治宣示，矮化台灣的國際地位，讓國際社會誤以為中國是台灣的「宗主國」，這是非常不智的做法。
