| 「首都變身」 蔡正元媽祖前宣誓參選

國民黨立委蔡正元今日以「首都變身，台北上線」為主軸，在松山慈佑宮媽祖殿宣誓參選。蔡正元強調台北市需要港口，首要之務是將基隆及汐止劃入台北市。
蔡正元也提出，將松山機場跑道遷到外海，以機場捷運型式連接跑道與航廈的新松山機場計畫，藉以將現有跑道的182公頃土地，做更高經濟價值的利用。
