特偵組監聽引起政治風暴，台中市議員賴義鍠今天下午在議場當場測試自己有沒有被監聽，他拔掉手機電池後，請警察局長刁建生撥手機，沒想到仍有來電答鈴，只是無人接聽，他懷疑自己遭監聽，要求警方調查。

刁建生說，賴議員手機撥通後，有來電答鈴「你是我兄弟」，歌曲播放兩句後，就轉入語音信箱；他不具備監聽專業，不確定是否被監聽。
