【黃仲瑜／新北報導】凌晨在淡水好樂迪KTV發生酒客鬧事砸店，KTV的一樓櫃台落地玻璃被酒客用滅火器砸毀，現場地面滿碎玻璃，很多還在排隊等候包廂的客人看到這個情況，紛紛躲避逃出以免被波及。

【劉曉霞、王筱君╱台北報導】雙北地區第3季的新推案平均房價再續漲，但漲幅已明顯縮小；台北市平均行情來到每坪86.3萬元、季漲1.2％，新北市來到每坪40.6萬元、季漲0.7％。房產業者認為，奢侈稅達到平抑房價效果，漲幅趨緩使整體房市更健康。
