| 3歲娃穿鐵衣過一生 卡介苗疫苗害感染

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】一名三歲女童出生後接種卡介苗，但出現發燒情形，住院後發現多節胸椎受損，一輩子駝背恐無法復原，須穿鐵衣保護脊椎，她曾天真地問媽媽：「為什麼只有我要穿？」女童母親昨召開記者會，指控遭卡介苗菌株感染致病。衛福部成立的藥害救濟基金會決定賠償六十萬元，但家屬認為賠償過低，已對該基金會提告求償。

【戴之聖、蔡進男╱基隆報導】新北市一對退休夫妻，前天從基隆搭乘小舢舨出海釣魚，回港時因風浪太大船被打翻，救難人員獲報摸黑搜救，由直升機將攀在船尾呼救的丈夫救回，他擔心失蹤妻子安危，一下機又立刻趕回漁港，潛水人員最後在翻覆舢舨下找到其妻遺體，丈夫悲痛說：「我知道老婆在翻覆船體下方，但我真的無能為力。」兒子則跪在地上大哭：「媽媽！」
