【詹智淵、鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣芬園鄉富山國小3名六年級男生，今天上午在學校打籃球後，跑到附近的貓羅溪釣漁，李姓男童因為太熱下水，不料卻突然踩空，另洪童與周童手牽手要拉李童上岸，不料卻被一起拉下水，其中會游泳的周童掙扎上岸，李、洪兩人則被滾滾溪水捲走失蹤。
警消指出，今天中午12時22分許接到釣客報案，只貓羅溪有兩學童落水失蹤，消防局出動大批人力與橡皮艇前往搜救，下午3時40分許找到兩童，送往彰化基督教醫院急救。

【劉志原╱台北報導】針對特偵組被控濫權監聽立法院0972的總機，法務部10月1日成立特偵組濫權監聽調查小組，日前已約談檢察總長黃世銘等人，今下午4時，再由召集人、法務部次長蔡碧玉邀集另10名委員加班開會，蔡碧玉表示，今天是將之前蒐集的資料、證據整理出來，再由委員進行討論。
