【賴又嘉／台北報導】藝人小Ｓ為パン（音同胖）達人站台時曾強調麵包「主打天然酵粉」，但實際上卻含人工香精等，台北地檢署為釐清真相，今天上午將首度傳喚小Ｓ出庭，要追查她代言不實是否涉犯詐欺或違反《公平交易法》。
北檢上周才因偵辦胖達人母公司基因國際涉嫌內線交易案，將小Ｓ的丈夫許雅鈞與公公許慶祥，各以200萬與300萬元交保。
