【王郁倫／台北報導】LED封裝廠啟耀光電總經理丁景隆表示，中國電器公開收購案若成立，啟耀光電將同時擁有中電跟群創兩大股東，與台灣面板龍頭跟LED燈具通路龍頭合作，開拓重要市場出海口，也因此，期望小股東對啟耀要有信心。
