| 薇帕形成 今冷空氣南下

原本位於關島附近的熱帶性低氣壓，在今天凌晨兩點增強為第26號颱風「薇帕」，幸好這個颱風直接侵台的機率不高，不過如果下周四左右要前往日本的話，可能就會受到影響。預估薇帕未來將朝日本南方海面移動，期間有機會增強成為中度颱風，下周四左右將影響日本本州，同一時間也將有一波較強的冷空氣及鋒面，幾乎整個日本都會受到影響，將轉為濕冷多雨又風強雨大的天氣，持續時間大約有兩天。

| 海上雙颱 對台灣無威脅

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北11日電）中央氣象局觀測，今天凌晨2時百合轉為中颱，關島附近熱帶性低氣壓也增強為輕度颱風薇帕。氣象局說，兩颱對台灣都無威脅。
