【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台南1名王姓男子(26歲，已婚)醉後涉性侵20年前的國小女老師(75歲)，不顧老師苦苦哀求，強拉她至床上壓制，以手指性侵私處得逞，女師奮力掙脫逃出學生狼爪後報案。台南地院依妨害性自主罪，判處王男8年。

| 颱風天也要賭 遭巡災情警活逮

【簡銘柱／台北報導】本月6日正值「菲特」中颱挾大豪雨襲台，但南港區玉成公園涼亭內卻人聲鼎沸，相較街上行人稀稀落落的情形，明顯形成強烈對比，本來是巡視災情的警員經過該處時，看到有人趁颱風天公然聚賭，警方前往逮捕時，當場發現26歲陳姓男子等6人，以象棋賭博，並查扣骰子及賭金新臺幣1,205元等證物，警偵訊後依賭博罪嫌移送法辦。
