【張麗娜／台北報導】馬英九總統昨在國慶演講中，首度使用「兩岸關係不是國際關係」的新用語，民進黨前主席蔡英文下午受訪時重砲轟馬總統失格。蔡說，馬總統現在在內政上非常窘困，「我們不希望一個內政困頓的總統，以對中國或其他國家的輸誠、退讓，來鞏固他自己的地位」；她也說，兩岸關係在沒有經過民主機制凝聚國家共識之前，總統講這些話，已經超出他的權力，算是一種失格。
