【張麗娜／台北報導】立院敲定下周二就倒閣案進行記名投票表決，民進黨發言人王閔生表示，黨主席蘇貞昌下午責成秘書長林錫耀召開臨時主管會報，並決定將在10月15日上午表決之際，同步發動「人民倒閣、總統下台-10.15行動」，號召廣大民眾到立院督陣，要求國會能夠展現民意，對違憲亂政的總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺做出一個裁判。

| 望安鄉長違法賣地 公懲會撤職

澎湖縣望安鄉長葉忠入和秘書賴世銀，涉嫌違法標售望安鄉因捐地節稅持有的台灣本島土地，經澎湖縣政府和內政部舉發違法，監察院通過彈劾，司法院公懲會認為兩人違失情節重大，今天決議將葉忠入、賴世銀撤職，並停止任用2年。
