| 監聽事件 法務部指行政疏失

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北11日電）法務部監聽事件調查報告下午出爐，調查小組認定特偵組有行政疏失，將對相關人究責。調查小組召集人蔡碧玉將於下午4時30分對外說明。
司法關說案牽扯出最高法院檢察署特別偵查組監聽立法院節費電話「0972630235」，引發爭議。檢察總長黃世銘日前表示，特偵組因資訊錯誤，當初不知監聽電話是立院「小總機」，也不知是節費電話，誤以為是民主進步黨籍立委柯建銘的助理使用的手機。
