| 百合颱風襲菲 8死200萬人斷電

【林奐成╱綜合報導】颱風百合侵襲菲律賓北部，造成至少8人死亡，包括2名兒童及一名警員，逾200萬人無電力供應。
法新社報導，百合凌晨在菲律賓東岸登陸，不少樹木被吹倒，堵塞多條主要公路，供電設施亦受損，逾200萬人無電力供應，很多房屋遭破壞，3000人撤離至避難中心暫住。當地官員表示，至少8人遇溺身亡。

【林奐成╱綜合報導】中國重慶市發生大橋倒塌事故意外。興建中的豐都長江二橋今早約11點突然倒塌，至少2名正在施工的工人下落不明。作業船上的塔吊已經折斷，工作船所在水域看不到橋墩。央視稱，海事、消防等部門正在搜索救援。
