| 英女駐顏秘方 7年未吃熱食

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】來自英國愛丁堡，現年29歲的蘇珊萊諾德，7年來只吃生冷蔬果和堅果類食物，聲稱這是她用來保持青春的秘訣。
蘇珊表示7年來，她從未吃過熱食，連湯都是用波菜、萵苣和香草類打成的冷湯，現在走在路上，常被認為年紀只有十幾歲，不過大學時期的她，可是很愛吃中國菜和麥當勞，在21歲那年迷上瑜珈，到印度旅遊半年後，她的飲食習慣完全改變，不僅讓她變得更健康苗條，蘇珊表示就連心理層面，也變得更正面積極。
