| 荷蘭神父來台奉獻半世紀 助上千殘友重生

【胡治言／綜合報導】宜蘭頭城天主堂荷蘭籍神父羅文思，長年在頭城、礁溪傳教，並創辦「文聲復健院」，幫助上千名小兒麻痺患者，來台半世紀的他，昨天獲頒宜蘭縣榮譽縣民，宜蘭縣長林聰賢誇他幫無助者重燃希望，是「真正的台灣人！」
《蘋果》報導，羅文思神父強調五十年來工作並非他一人功勞，大家都很熱心幫他，他對台灣有深厚感情，「台灣是我第二個故鄉」。 林聰賢說，羅神父從荷蘭到台灣全心奉獻，超過千名小兒麻痺患者受到幫助，也就是有上千個家庭受到扶持，是這些患者與家人「生命中的貴人」。
