桃園龜山鄉中央警察大學舉辦「警政發展史」新書發表，點出警察業務過多及勤務制度需參考先進國家等問題，國策顧問顏世錫表示，警政制度在人事、教育及勤務，應該隨著社會變遷而有所改變。內政部長李鴻源也來到警政管理學院及警察科技學院揭牌典禮，李鴻源預告警大未來將成立「災害管理學院」，重視跨專業、跨領域，未來希望打造全亞洲最完善的防災訓練基地。

| 外交人員任用條例修正草案 外交部送審

立法院外交及國防委員會本周將接連審議行政院函請審議「北太平洋公海漁業資源養護與管理公約」及「捕魚實體參與文書」、我國與紐西蘭簽署之臺紐經濟合作協定(ANZTEC)」案。知情立委上午表示，外交部本期法案審查與修法優先順序上，除上兩件關係對經貿所需的條約案外，其次就是外交人員任用條例修正草案與台美新訂「特權、免稅暨豁免協定」。
