【李英婷／台北報導】台聯黨團總召許忠信上午舉行記者會表示，馬政府力推12年國教，但全國公、私立國高中職專任教師共有5萬2千多位，其中竟有2千餘位沒有教師證的「黑牌教師」，甚至私校黑牌教師就高達10%。許忠信批，因為教育部縱容，使得多數學校未依規定聘用合格教師，損害學生受教權利，要求限期內改善。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰化一名唸小學4年級的謝姓男童，今天清晨5點多，穿制服、騎腳踏車從和美交流道上國道3號要到南投市找外公，因為騎在內側車道、當時車水馬龍、車速極快，十分危險，幸好國道警員發現，趕緊將男童帶回隊部，通知父母。
