| 檢評會考慮約訪馬總統

檢察官評鑑委員會針對「關說」、「洩密及監聽」案上午展開聯絡當事人到會作業，有關「洩密及監聽」案有無被評鑑檢察官涉及行政疏失，檢評會決定邀請馬總統到會協助調查；此外，「關說」案的有關人士即立法院長王金平、立委柯建銘也被列入檢評會邀請名單。
