“瑪麗蘇”原指原創作者在創作時表現出的自戀心態，後來它的含義被擴展到了影視界，在電視螢幕上屢屢出現。而今在職場上，我們同樣可以看到具有“瑪麗蘇”情結的星女。她們總是自我為中心，認為人人都該慣著她、讓著她。她們的自我感覺往往超好，所以不能受一點委屈。一旦受了，就覺得整個世界都黯淡了，認為誰都在針對她們，有意給她們難堪。這樣的心態在職場上自然是不受歡迎的，然而瑪麗蘇星女也有她們自己的心聲。今天摘星工廠就帶大家走進瑪麗蘇星女的世界，探聽她們真實的想法。（請參考太陽及上升星座）
