一名就讀某私立高中進修部的黃姓學生，日前在成績單上，被導師評為「人緣欠佳、固執偏狹」，加上平時遭師長斥責，他因而心生不滿，竟對學務主任、校務主任、教務組長和輔導老師等4人提告公然侮辱、恐嚇、誹謗和詐欺罪，4名被告的老師看到傻眼，但法院最後判決這4名老師不起訴處分。
