| 石磚砸死婦 三月前剝落未修

〔自由時報記者林嘉東、吳昇儒、盧賢秀／基隆報導〕檢警偵辦基隆第一高樓「麗榮皇冠大樓」外牆大理石磚掉落砸死婦人案，查出大樓外牆早在7月13日已有1塊大理石磚被強風吹落，幸當時未砸到人，不料3個月後的「13日」，與前一塊相鄰、同樣重達50公斤的大理石磚掉落，當場砸死留姓老婦，初查是管委會未及時修補釀災，另掉落石磚的上、下方「掛」著大、小立體廣告看板，檢警將一併追查看板是否為「共犯」。

〔自由時報記者蔡孟尚／竹縣報導〕新竹縣男子林清裕前晚酒後，和父親在門口大小聲，他的堂哥林清琳經過，只不過訓了他「怎麼那麼沒禮貌！」堂弟突然抓狂，以17公分長刀刺進堂哥心臟，一刀斃命；林清琳的80歲老母，看到孝順的兒子倒臥血泊，崩潰痛哭。
