| 中油林園新三輕違規 環保局開罰30萬6千

【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄市環保局今天至中油林園新三輕執行聯合稽查，發現包括設備元件洩漏逾管制值、現場土方未在核定地點堆置，加上貯存設施不符廢棄物清理法規定，合計裁處30萬6千元。
環保局長陳金德表示，該廠今年7月2日5個製程未經許可就試車，還造成工安意外，當時重罰500萬元，事後在8月9日取得試車許可，但相關操作仍應符合試車計畫內容及相關法規，今天稽查發現多項違規，將多加強不定期稽核，督促中油重視。
