【李定宇／新北報導】內政部都市計畫委員會今日審查通過新北市「大漢溪北」及「大漢溪南」兩都市計畫案，打破傳統以「區」為規劃範圍，創新地進行「全市性」都市計畫規劃。城鄉局表示，全市規劃對於新北市土地使用與資源分配將能更有效、全面性的整合，減少都市計畫邊界可能產生的斷層或爭議等，有助於新北市長遠城市規劃理念落實。

【趙大智／台北報導】成軍13年的中國搖滾團體「二手玫瑰」首度來台開唱，主唱梁龍演出時以女裝現身，他貼假睫毛、化全妝要花上1小時。日前該團接連在大彩虹音樂節、台北LEGAC演出，梁龍穿紅熱褲搭紅鞋登台，事後抱怨在大彩虹時，氣氛雖然熱烈，但少了點同性相吸味道。
