| 被批聯想豐富 王郁琦反嗆楊毅發言不得體

【黃揚明／台北報導】陸委會主委王郁琦與中國國台辦主任張志軍在APEC中會面並互稱職銜，王郁琦認為是兩岸「互不否認治權」，但日前被國台辦發言人楊毅批評為「聯想過於豐富」。王郁琦上午在立院內政委員會答詢民進黨立委李俊俋質詢時，反嗆楊毅發言「不得體」，未來會向中國反應。
民進黨立委陳其邁問王郁琦是否曾主動要求與王志軍單獨會面？王郁琦說，陸委會有提出，但陸方有為難的理由，因此會面前一天確定以不期而遇方式見面，而互稱官銜則得到正面回應。陳批評，居然還沒確定會稱官銜你就見面？如果張志軍稱你負責人怎麼辦？王郁琦回應：「這並沒有發生。」

| 台星經濟夥伴協定遲未簽 外長：跟中國無關

【陳培煌／台北報導】台灣與新加坡的「經濟夥伴協定」（ASTEP），在5月就完成談判，至今卻無法簽署，外交部長林永樂今在立法院外交及國防委員會面對民進黨立委邱議瑩質詢時表明「跟中國大陸沒有關係」，如果有關係的話「我願意負責」。
林永樂表示，ASTEP「只剩一點」，純粹技術性的，相信很快就會簽訂。
