【郭寶懃／台北報導】位於文山區木柵路二段「興隆公營住宅2區」，北市府將原本安康平價住宅更新改建為公營住宅，發包金額20億元，基地面積為1792坪，容積率580%以上，總戶數600戶，從今日起到10月23日招標文件提供公開閱覽，若順利招到統包廠商，未來預計2014年1月開標，2017年2月完工。

【法庭中心／台北報導】立院司委會針對監聽調查報告要求法務部專案報告，因受邀的特偵組檢察官楊榮宗、鄭深元及檢察事務官何其非、林芳怡等人未到，也未請假，法務部長羅瑩雪引大法官釋字第461號解釋表示楊等人無義務到場，但綠委連指這是行政調查報告，不是個案，會議僵持到中午後散會。

【簡銘柱／台北報導】台北市警察局信義分局今天凌晨在吳興街查獲德州撲克賭場，共查獲賭客、賭場負責人及工作人員共15人，賭資30餘萬。警方調查，賭場負責人為了吸引賭客，還特別聘請美女荷官；警偵訊後將依賭博罪將涉案的15人移送法辦。
