| 基隆卡車擦撞爆胎 東岸高架橋回堵1公里

【陳偉周／基隆報導】驚險一瞬間！基隆市1名曾姓男子今天下午3時許，駕駛卡車開上東岸高架橋往國道1號方向，行駛不到100公尺不慎與對向1輛綠色貨車發生擦撞發出蹦聲巨響，曾男趕緊下車察看，發現卡車左後輪已扭曲變形動彈不得，立即報警處理。
