【張麗娜／台北報導】行政院9月9日核備內政部擬定的「全國區域計畫」草案，並擬於明天公告，民進黨前主席蔡英文今在臉書po文表示，水庫集水區、農地和山坡地等非都市土地的利用，若任意鬆綁開發，可能會帶來難以估計的傷害，呼籲應立即停止。
