| 自經區放寬中國白領入台 台聯：萬萬不可

【李英婷／台北報導】台聯立委許忠信今舉行記者會指出，「自由經濟示範區特別條例草案」放寬中國白領入台條件將比照外籍白領，至示範區從事短期商業活動放寬來台期間一個月以下免經目的事業主管機關審查，長期商務居留也是申請即可。許說，兩岸同言同種、距離近，提高中國白領來台意願，若示範區不限地區設立，中國白領大量湧進台灣，不僅影響就業機會，也將拉低平均薪資，所以「中國、外國白領一視同仁，萬萬不可。」
對此，經建會人力規劃處副處長林至美表示，雖允許中國白領免經目的專業主管機關審查，但仍須經由內政部審查通過，對經常出入境者的審查仍會特別嚴格。林還提到，居留申請放寬，但有營業額和人數限制。企業經營一年以下的營業額需達5百萬元、一年以上需達1千萬元；企業規模達50人以上、且一半以上是技術人才的企業才能申請，一次最多只能申請10人；最多只放寬至企業規模達200人以上，最多允許40人申請。
