| 法官引衛教手冊 塑毒案輕判

塑化劑風暴，消費者集體求償25億，新北地院只判賠120萬，分攤下來甚至有廠商只需賠償9塊錢，民眾質疑太不合理，但法官引用衛福部的衛教手冊，認為塑化劑只要24至72小時，就可以經由人體代謝，因此無法證明對健康的損害，多項求償都未判准。這樣的結果，消基會不能接受，表示會再上訴。
