| 遲補報扣繳憑單罰稅款1.5倍 TVBS釋憲成功

聯意製作（TVBS）因遲補報扣繳憑單，遭國稅局處以補繳稅款1.5倍的罰鍰共計新台幣2000餘萬元，聯意製作不服，提起行政訴訟敗訴定讞後，聲請釋憲，大法官18日做出釋字第713號解釋，補稅但未補繳扣繳憑單者一律處罰1.5倍不符比例原則，TVBS總經理楊鳴獲悉後表示，台灣還是有司法正義的。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】為巴基斯坦女性爭取教育權利，而遭「神學士」組織追殺的16歲少女馬拉拉，昨在白金漢宮獲英國女王伊莉莎白二世接見。馬拉拉親自致贈女王剛出版的新書《我是馬拉拉》。
馬拉拉在父親的陪同下晉見英女王，並介紹她努力的目標就是讓全世界的孩童都享有受教育的權利。高齡92歲的王夫菲力普親王開玩笑說，英國的父母把孩子送到學校，是因為想把他們趕出家裡，馬拉拉聽了也不禁莞爾。
