【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】墨西哥西岸瓦塔班波市(Huatabampo)西南90公里處，當地時間19日早上10點54分左右，發生芮氏規模6.8強震，深度10公里，目前尚未有任何傷亡傳出。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】現年8周大的鬥牛犬梵谷，16日在美國賓州費城西郊上達比(Upper Darby)被發現，牠的雙耳被鬥狗份子割掉後，血流不止的狀態下被丟棄等死，目前當地警方正追緝狠下毒手的嫌犯。
警察表示他們割掉小狗的耳朵，是為了防止小狗在鬥狗場上抓耳朵，而且這麼小的幼犬，通常是用來當作誘餌，往往會被大狗攻擊到體無完膚，獸醫也表示狗狗的耳朵有許多神經和血管，被這樣殘忍割下肯定相當痛。
