【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄市昨原本有一場「太白粉路跑」，但市府活動前不到24小時緊急與主辦單位協商，要求取消撒粉，否則取消路權，主辦單位只好接受，此舉引起報名民眾不滿，紛紛要求退費。
