【楊勝裕／新竹報導】竹縣一名39歲劉姓工程師，昨晚到新竹市一家戲院看二輪片，他見到一名19歲短褲妹與其男友坐在看電影，坐在被害女旁，竟趁女子看戲入迷之際，趁機伸手摸女高中生大腿，被害女原不以為意，卻發現他一直侵犯，還伸手抓鹹豬手未遂，讓對方得逞，女子與男友換位置，輕聲向男友說「旁邊有變態」，男友立即抓住對方，劉男雖當場向被害女道歉，但短褲妹堅持提告報警處理。
