【汪智博／台東報導】爭議不斷的美麗灣開發案再掀波濤！美麗灣副總經理朱膺州昨晚證實，一份被媒體取得的內部文件，所提將資遣及安排台東現有約40名員工未來工作問題，「確實是為因應有關最高法院可能駁回停工抗告而來。」美麗灣雖尚未收到裁定結果，但評估結果不利於業者，且環評案最快需二到三年時間才可談復工，必須要為員工安排後路。朱膺州強調「是盡企業責任，絕非宣告德安開發集團將放棄美麗灣開發案！」
