【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】市長德拉諾埃日前發出一份通報，就經濟危機、稅收加重和市民的消費能力問題，提出一系列「社會盾牌」措施。
德拉諾埃稱在當前經濟不景氣和國家稅收增高的情況下，為了穩定巴黎市民的購買力和保證他們的權力，經過與市政委員會的討論後決定實施以下措施：

【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】（大紀元記者林麗霞法國報導）法國人有句俗話說：「小孩要多喝湯，才能快長高！」且不提追究其來源和含義，但有一點比較肯定的是，每逢冬季，法國人都習慣喝湯。眼下隨著天氣逐漸變冷，又到了喝湯的季節了。近日，在巴黎一個擁有百年曆史的著名老餐廳Bouillon Chartier推出正宗靚湯，1歐元一碗！
Bouillon Chartier餐廳位於第9區（7 rue du Faubourg-Montmartre），它從1896年開始營業到現在，不但菜式地道，而且價格便宜，所謂物美價廉吸引了各階層的顧客前往。餐廳裝潢的古色古香，其建築已被列入歷史保護文物。許多國外遊客均評論說，到巴黎，必去Bouillon Chartier。
